The Technology Business Center at University Technology Park offers state-of-the-art conference space for business and social gatherings. Conference rooms can be reserved at a discounted rate by UTP resident companies. Spaces are open to Illinois Tech users and the general public by rental agreement.
TBC’s dramatic atrium space is available for large gatherings such as company celebrations, holiday parties, and even weddings. All TBC spaces are well-equipped to handle working meetings and presentations. Rental rates for our conference rooms include an LCD projector for multimedia presentations and a motorized projection screen. Building staff are available to help with setup and catering arrangements.

UTP has approved the caterers and service providers listed here. Any vendors not on this list must be pre-approved by building management prior to your event. Vendors must supply a certificate of insurance, and a copy of the liquor license covering the event must be provided 48 hours before the start of your event.
