Expanding our DEI page on the website to capture all DEI activity

Scope of Work:
- Researching as much of the DEI activity on campus as can be identified
- Determining which tab on the DEI page should be leveraged for a specific piece of information
- Checking for information that should be updated on an ongoing basis
This work will involve collaboration with our DEI Committee as well as affinity groups and student DEI organizations. Jack Rea will be the final contact with the Office of Marketing and Communications for updates to information. The work of the DEI committee will be prominently highlighted.
Curating a monthly schedule of monthly and daily celebrations
(e.g., Black History Month, World Mental Health Awareness Day, Global Diversity Awareness Day, National Cybersecurity Awareness Month, Cancer Awareness Month) as well as local and university specific activities related to these topics.

Scope of Work:
This work will involve research (consider crowdsourcing effort to identify as many topics as possible), mapping out the calendar a year in advance, figuring out if there will be events on campus related to the topics, and putting together the monthly newsletter for release by the Office of Marketing and Communications on behalf of the Work Life and Engagement Committee.
