Scope of Work:

The sub-committee, once established, will agree upon which policies and procedures they feel are most critical to focus on. The work will involve research and clarifying discussions with others to learn about parameters for change (e.g., General Counsel, Human Resources, OTS, etc.). Final deliverable will be a set of recommendations with red-lined versions. Please note that the policies and procedures have been reviewed for pronoun usage. This sub-committee will look more deeply at opportunities for inclusive language.
