Please request OTS lab rentals at least five business days in advance of an event. Failure to do so may result in your not being able to reserve the lab.
If you encounter technical issues when reserving equipment, please contact the OTS Support Desk at 312.567.3375 or supportdesk@iit.edu.
Lab rental requests will be given the following priority:
- IIT classes - should contact the Office of the Registrar
- IIT organizations - Event Services
- Non-IIT organizations - Events Services
Pricing
Rates are based on room size and equipment needed and duration - please contact the appropriate office listed above for availability and a quote.
Additional fees may apply for last minute requests, special requests or extended duration rentals.
Note
Request for changes to the installed software will incur a fee and may be denied depending on active classes.
